Every September, runners from around the world head to beautiful Rarotonga for one of the South Pacific’s most unique running festivals. Combining fitness, fun, and a tropical island holiday, the event welcomes everyone from social joggers to competitive athletes.

Set against a backdrop of white sandy beaches, turquoise lagoons, and lush tropical scenery, the week features a range of events including the iconic 31km Round Island Road Race, the Local Fun Run, Hash House Harriers Run, Round Rock Teams Relay, and the legendary Nutters Cross Island Run.

The Nutters Run is the ultimate challenge, taking runners across mountain ridges, valleys, riverbeds, and rugged terrain from Titikaveka to the Avatiu coastline.
