Opening 1 October 2026, The Grand Resort is an adult only, all-suite, 5 star resort that introduces a new level of modern luxury into the Cook Islands.

The nine suite styles include a generous living space with thoughtful details, with a selection offering uninterrupted ocean views and absolute beachfront positioning. Each suite delivers modern luxury with effortless indoor-outdoor living and bespoke amenities. From the Tranquility Suites featuring handcrafted Italian stone soaking tubs overlooking the lagoon, to the spectacular Sky Pool Suites with private infinity plunge pools and elevated panoramic views, every space is designed as a private sanctuary.

A defining feature of the resort is its impressive 110-metre lagoon-style pool, the longest of its kind in the South Pacific, connecting swim-up suites directly to the resort’s bar for a seamless cocktails-in-the-pool experience.

Complementing the suites is a curated collection of dining experiences, including Blu Restaurant, led by chef Pascal Bionaz, showcasing modern fusion cuisine; the relaxed Dolce Café overlooking a striking three-storey waterfall with the lagoon backdrop; and the rooftop Sky Bar and Sky Lounge offering cocktails and tapas with sweeping 360-degree views above the tree line.

Further enhancing the guest experience, the resort will introduce a signature evening water feature, designed to bring together light, movement, and music in a unique lagoon-side setting.
