Un viaggio alle Cook non è completo se non si assiste almeno una volta ad una delle Island Nights. Sono diversi i gruppi di danza locali che si esibiscono nei resort e nei centri culturali a Rarotonga, Aitutaki ed Atiu. Amano condividere la propria storia e tradizioni attraverso la musica, le canzoni, la danza ed il cibo.
