Cook Islands Tourism Shines at Oceania Roadshow Germany 2026
Cook Islands Tourism celebrated strong success at the Oceania Roadshow Germany 2026, joining fellow South Pacific partners Tahiti Tourisme, Tourism Fiji, Tourism New Zealand and Tourism Australia, alongside airline partners Emirates, Air Tahiti Nui, Cathay Pacific and Air New Zealand.
The second edition of the roadshow travelled through Hamburg, Hannover and Dortmund, bringing together around 50 travel trade professionals at each event. All evenings were fully booked, with high engagement and strong attendance throughout the tour.
Representing the Cook Islands, Lars showcased the destination with a dedicated market presence and a 17-minute presentation each evening, positioning the Cook Islands as an authentic and exclusive South Pacific paradise for German travel agents and tour operators. The Cook Islands also played a leading role throughout the events, helping introduce partner destinations and reinforcing the strong collaborative spirit of the South Pacific tourism community.
The roadshow created excellent opportunities to strengthen relationships with the German travel trade while increasing awareness of the Cook Islands across Northern Europe. The vibrant atmosphere, premium venues and enthusiastic response from attendees highlighted the growing demand for South Pacific experiences within the market.
Following the overwhelmingly positive feedback from agents and partners alike, discussions are already underway for a return to Germany and Europe in 2027.
Cook Islands Tourism extends its sincere thanks to all partners, airlines and travel professionals who contributed to the success of the Oceania Roadshow Germany 2026.
